Invisalign Teen uses the same near-invisible clear aligners adults love, with clever extras designed for growing smiles: eruption tabs that leave room for adult teeth still coming through, blue wear indicators that gently fade as the aligners are worn (so parents can see they’re on track), and replacement aligners if one goes missing in a school bag.

Because they’re removable, there are no food rules and nothing to catch on a mouthguard or a musical instrument — and every case here is planned and reviewed by our own dentists, never outsourced.

Is my teenager suitable for Invisalign Teen?+
Most teens are — including those with adult teeth still coming through, thanks to eruption tabs and growth-friendly planning. A consultation with a 5D iTero scan gives you a clear answer and a digital preview before any decision is made.
How do I know they’re actually wearing them?+
Invisalign Teen aligners include discreet blue wear indicators that gradually fade as the aligners are worn. At each visit our dentists check progress and the indicators together, so you always know treatment is on track.
What happens if an aligner gets lost?+
It happens! Invisalign Teen includes replacement aligners, and our team will advise whether to move to the next aligner in the series or replace the lost one — keeping treatment moving without drama.
Will it interfere with sport or music?+
No — aligners are removed for contact sport with a mouthguard and for wind or brass instruments, then popped straight back in. For most activities, they can simply stay in.
How long does treatment take?+
It depends on your teen’s case — from a few months for minor corrections to around 12–18 months for more complex alignment. Wearing aligners 20–22 hours a day keeps treatment on schedule; your dentist will map the timeline at your consultation.
What does Invisalign Teen cost?+
